Purchasing at Amazon with Neteller funds

Now that cashoutshop.com is closed, is there a reasonably easy and convenient way to pay at Amazon with my Neteller funds?

I want to reduce overall fees, obviously, but paying 3-5% or so wouldn't be a problem. I'm in Sweden, so I want to avoid transferring the money to my Swedish bank. That is expensive and will force me to change currencies twice.

Any ideas?
