This happened yesterday at Commerce

An old man bet and got only one caller after the caller thought for about 45 sec. after the turn card was put out the old man threw his cards towards the dealer...the dealer said the man called (the old man though that everyone folded) The caller along with another at the table said that the man mucked, but the dealer let it go..

The question I have is should the old man's hand be mucked?
