Is 2+2 publishing Barry Greenstein's book?

I see Barry has a book coming out in June, 2005 -

I know he and Mason/David are on great terms, and I THINK they were talking books - did 2+2 pick up the publishing rights for this one?

If Barry's not looking to cash in, why not just publish this as installments in the upcoming online magazine? 150 pages isn't that many so I'd think this would be feasible.
