Apparently the Japanese are pretty miffed about the North Koreans kidnapping Japanese citizens in the 70's and 80's and enslaving them to train North Korean spies. This all recently came to light and as a result the Japanese have decided to discontinue sending aid to N. Korea.
N. Korea has said they will retaliate with force. That's right. "If you stop sending us free money in response to us kidnapping and enslaving your citizens, THAT MEANS WAR!" Unbelievable, the mind of a communist. Even I did not imagine their sense of entitlement could go that far. natedogg |

This goes back centuries, and really has nothing to do with communism or anything from the 70s or 80s. If it wasn't that it would be something else. They've been to war with each other numerous times. Both have been aggressors at various times. Both have invaded each other at times. Both have enslaved each other at times. |
