Question on Small Stakes Holdem Book

In the book a loose game is defined as 6 or more callers. Is that callers in addition to the blinds or including the blinds?

It's including the blinds - if you look at the preflop charts in the book they say "...on average to the flop."

I'd love it if tight games had 5-7 players to the flop [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].
