Empire WSOP seats - saleable?

Does anybody know if the Empire WSOP seats which can be had through their "tournament masters" promotion will be saleable?

I couldn't find any relevant information on their web site, but maybe people know from years past.

I REALLY doubt it.
But I honestly don't know.

I emailed them about the seat i won in the freeroll and they said it's not transferable.

The first seat won via the tourney masters cannot be transferred, any additional seats can.
