Default How do you manage 8 tables at a time, on the screen?

How do you fit them all on a monitor?
I know with 1600x1200 resolution you can have 4 games open on the screen, but 6, 8 games??
Do you have every window minimized and just make a play as it pops up?

Are the 3 monitors all controlled by 1 computer and mouse or is that seperate for each of them?
