Re: Black Spaces Below Party Tables
[ QUOTE ]
Has anyone else ever encountered this problem? There's a significant black spacing below and to the right of all the party tables I open. I tried to reinstall but to no avail. It makes the 1600x1200 kind of obsolete. I remember reading a post in the archives about it but I can't find it for the life of me. It has something to do with text settings?? [/ QUOTE ] You have to change your Font size to the default setting. This can be accoplished by right clickin on the desktop, selecting properties, then hitting the "advanced" tab, then clicking the advanced button. Change it to "normal 96dpi" and you will be good to go. |

Re: Black Spaces Below Party Tables
That's weird....I didn't see it any of the other times.
Yes, change the font-size (you may have to re-start computer too). I played on Party for several months before I knew there was an easy way to get rid of that stupid black-space at the bottom. |

Re: Black Spaces Below Party Tables
I didn't see it either--and I read most everything. Even if I had read it, though, the info would be meaningless until sometime down the line when I experience the problem--and then it's virtually impossible (for me) to find the info with the search function.
As an example--yesterday I posted about currency conversion in pokertracker--I know I read all about it months ago on here (when I had no intention of ever playing in a foreign currency), but couldn't find squat with the search function. I think my search function has a short-circuit, where no matter what I ask about, it automatically goes to the "we cannot proceed--no matches" window. PS--this is not a "crying call" for someone to direct me to the FAQ--thank you anyway! I just get so tired of the self-righteous proclaiming that "this has been discussed on here before--whatsamatta, ain't you gotta brain?"--it's so refreshing when somebody just answers the question without adding the "dig".
