AA-slowplay gone bad
15/30 9 handed
Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]UTG, hero raises all fold to the blinds who both call, both are pretty aggressive, semi-loose. Flop:4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SB bets out, BB calls, I smooth call Turn:9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB bets out as advertised, BB now raises. Do I stick with the origional game plan and 3 bet? Call? Fold? |

Re: AA-slowplay gone bad
fold it. if they have a 9 or a smaller set, you are practically drawing dead, it may come back to you 3-bet or capped, the pot is smallish, some other reasons i cant think of.

Re: AA-slowplay gone bad
Why would you pick this flop to slowplay? Way too many cards can put you in second place here, and the pot is already 4BB.

Re: AA-slowplay gone bad
I re-read the original post and I fail to see how slowplay harmed you.
Unless you now feel like you are stuck trying to decipher if this is a play or not. Top pair is not going anywhere because of strong play on the flop. |
