Default Are Sit\'n\'go games more rake efficient than ring games?

If your game is tight aggressive are you better off paying 4% of each pot you win or playing in a sit'n'go tournament paying a fee of 9.1%? At small stakes you rarely hit the rake limit so 4% is a reasonalble approximate rake for a ring game.

Thanks for your reply : ).
