I'm not sure if it's the correct move or not, but I'd probably check-fold the turn. If you're going to call down from the turn you have to win one in six times, and I'm not sure if that's enough or not.

A lot of people would play this way with a 4 or with smaller pockets. Granted, it's hard to envision a hand containing a 4 that MP1 would coldcall with (44?), but then again it's also hard to construct a hand with a 7 he would coldcall with (A7s?). You might very well be facing 66, 22, or the like.
