Problems Creating a EuroBet account

ok, i have tried about 8 times to create a eurobet account, and with no success. the first one i created worked fine, then it told me it recognized i had a skin running so i couldnt play it. fine, but i put 3k in there from neteller, and i cant access it now. ok, thats great, ill figure it out later

so i go to a clean computer at a friends house and try to create an account. i get through all the sign up stuff, and then to the neteller deposit part. i try to skip it but it doesnt let me. so i decide to deposit 200 just to see if it works. i click ok, click confirm on the next screen, then the thing says its verifying for like 45 mins. ok, ill try again. well, i cant use the same account name, so i make another one. does the same thing.. what am i doing wrong??
