i was getting 2-1 makes my call just about break even, if he didn't have a pair it's +EV

Well, you would be the same distance behind, which is almost 2-1. You would only have 4 more percent (37) if you were going against A(Q-6) suited.

I just don't think this was the right call for that many chips.
