Default Super Friday Hand

Real early, blinds are 10/20. I limp behind an EP with 66. One of those stupid mini raises to 40 behind me, and 4 of us call. 5 see the flop with 200 in the pot. Flop is Kc Qs 9h. It gets checked around. Turn is 6c. SB bets 50, EP calls and I raise to 200. 2 folds and now SB raises all in for 900. I have him covered by only 65 chips.

What do you do? I have 10 outs against a straight, but I'm crushed by a bigger set. I look great against 2 pair.

I folded.

Very next hand I get QQ and limp again. Short stack all-in for 170, BB calls, and now I push all-in. BB calls with 76s, and I win a nice 1700 chip pot.

Default Re: Super Friday Hand

I seem to recall someone saying something to the effect of "don't lay down a set online"?
