Default Quick Rules Question...

I've seen many of the top pro's (Hellmuth especially) in a NLH'em tourney, ask an opponent to count their chips. I know part of their strategy is try and get a tell off of that player while they are counting. My question is, are you required to count down your chips if another player asks you to?

No. You are required to let them see your chips, you don't have to count them down chip by chip.
