Interpoker Conversion from USD to GBP

I've been playing some of the GBP table. When I buy in to such a table, a conversion is made from USD to GBP. Am I losing anything in the exchange rate? Which is to say, if I buy in with $200, converted to the equivalent in pounds, then leave the table without playing a hand, will I receive exactly $200 back into my account. Thx.
