Any reason to slow down here?
I'm probably gonna litter the forum a little today -- i'm in the midst of a nice downswing to start off and i'm not sure if it's the cards or my play just yet...
My question is about the flop/turn, and not really the river. Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero raises, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls. Flop: (6.50 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls. Turn: (4.75 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls. River: (7.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks. Final Pot: 7.75 BB |

Re: Any reason to slow down here?
Looks good to me.
If you can't get at least one of them to fold on the turn, they have to be staying in for a reason. It's possible that one is on a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] draw, but I'd save a BB here, as you will probably get called with a low PP or something like A4o. |

I would most likely take the free card on the turn. You still have 2 opponents who called your flop bet on a completely uncoordinated paired board. --Rico |
