Default Margin Of Victory strategy

These are the margin of victory payouts posted by bodog for tonights Rams/49ers game. Is there a strategically/theoretically sound way to play this? (I'm assuming Rams win in this case, and have already bet 1 unit on them to cover 4 points, if that matters.)

St. Louis Win By 1-3 Pts 9/2
St. Louis Win By 4-6 Pts 6/1
St. Louis Win By 7-10 Pts 11/2
St. Louis Win By 11-13 Pts 12/1
St. Louis Win By 14-17 Pts 10/1
St. Louis Win By 18-21 Pts 13/1
St. Louis Win By 22 or More Pts 8/1

Also are there any books you would recommend for sports betting? Thanks
