Default Coldcalling with PP\'s- please tear down my misconceptions......

At aggressive tables, I feal like I may have been missing some opportunities by not cold calling pf raises with pps. So I have been experimenting with coldcalling some pf raises in MP and LP. This particular hand was TT. In the past, this was raise or fold territory for me. If my was TT was a JJ, this would have been 3bet.

Anyway my thinking was that I would probably see 4+ to the flop and if I hit a set, big pot. I would have considered this with lower pps as well. I did not 3bet TT here, b/c there was already an overcall, I wanted more overcalls, and I was pretty much playing this for set value.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG raises, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero calls, CO 3-bets, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls.

PF: I'm thinking, I hope that 3 bet is from a hand like AK as opposed to AA

Flop: (13.33 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, CO raises, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls.

Flop, I lead b/c I think I may have a chance that I have best hand... no need to give out free overs. Ok, I am raised... so either LP has premium PP or wants a free turn. I am now thinking that it is much more likely that LP has the real deal like AA.

Turn: (9.66 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, CO raises, UTG+1 calls, Hero 3-bets, CO calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: What a gift... do I c/r or lead. The c/r would be standard line, so why did I deviate? I switched it up, b/c I had a gut feeling that LP had AA or KK or QQ. I also thought he would correcly try to put me in my place again like he did on flop. And if he has AKo, then turn may get checked through. I also thought EP would probaly drop out either way. So I lead so that I could 3bet. After thinking this through, I should have definitely c/r turn... please confirm this for me.

River: (18.66 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, CO calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: Standard, perhaps my only good play.

Final Pot: 21.66 BB

I think you played it perfectly on the turn. A check raise would have gotten you 2 bets each; Betting got you 3. It also triggers the river calling finger even when they know they are beat becasue they ask, "why didnt he check raise?"
