Speaking of.... I saw a 500 chip case on ebay, selling with a 11.5 chip set. It is a regular aluminum case and has Egyptian markings on the outside. I wonder if I can get that case somewhere else, on its own? Seen them anywhere?

Cool looking case. I guess you didn't have any luck as I saw the clear top cases you ended up getting... good idea. I couldn't find the cases mentioned either. I looked for a sarcophagus box that might work just for fun but they were all either too small or too big though if you were keeping all the chips the 77"x23"x24" might have been good [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img].

It'd be fun to see if you could get a woodcrafter to custom make you one for a reasonable price that is... also with the glass top you could etch in a hieroglyph of some kind... never tried it myself although my wife bought some stuff to experiment with on pint glasses but never got around to it... somehting like glass etching... just an example (i.e. first google hit - I'm sure there's alot of info out there).

Just throwing out ideas... I like the dealer button, definitely cool... you could get one of those king tut trinkets as a card cover, enter the WSOP and be "Sarcophagus Man"... probably sell more chips than Fossil man's fossils.

Working on my own design for customs just in case that windfall comes out of nowhere.

Oct. 1st is right around the corner... hope folks don't mind you sharing pics of the whole lot - it'll be awesome!
