No it suck, he played like a draw and now the most obvious one comes and on the same time a card that would make sense for you to have since you checked the turn.
However, the biggest mistake in this hand is betting the flop.

You wont win(right there) with a bet vs 3 players very often on this flop and your outs are kinda dirty. You also rarely have the best hand.

On the flop he's 3rd to act among 4 players.
The first 2 checked....you really want to check it here??

I just don't like checking it here with the possibility that the flop missed everybody.

I always bet a flop like this then check the turn without improvement.
