Default Adjusting to a LAP in NL

I posted this same comment in the mid-high stakes no limit section but as I am new to this website i now realize that it is more suited to post here. The problem ive been having lately is that LAPs have in general been hurting me in NL. I used to play limit mostly and was able to handle the LAPs. Of course it would cause me greater swings but it was generally profitable to me. However, I cant seem to adjust correctly in NL. I feel like Im calling at the wrong times and folding when i might have them. Besides simply tightening up preflop does anyone have any suggestions for post flop play?
