I'm in MP with KQos

4 folds, I raise, folded to BB who calls.

BB checks, I ....???

I know I am "supposed" to bet because I raised pre flop, but if my opponent has nothing, he will fold. I know there are like 2 cards that could hurt me, so is checking this HU the correct play?
