I Need An Affiliate

Can someone please describe to me how this works and point me in the right direction.

an affiliate of an online poker site recieves a % of the rake of a player he attracts to that site - some affiliates will then come to an agreement with players to refund to the player a chunk of the % of rake paid to the affiliate on behalf of that player - for decent players who play a lot this can be a heap - i'm expecting close to 3K this month woo-hoo

to enter in to such an arrangement the hard bit is finding a reputable affiliate - if you post something asking for affiliates to entreat you with their offers of a refund you will be inundated - a better method may be to ask people you know and trust from these boards if they can refer you to someone
