Default 400$ what should i be playing?

I have a small bankroll and am trying to build it up. I play a lot of NL and limit 2/4. Is this what i should be playing in order to build me roll up?

stick to low stakes NL (400 is fine for the party $25 tables). for 2/4 you want somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200. if you're willing to step down when you hit a bad run you get by less, maybe ~800.

PLO has a great variance, I wouldn't recommend playing the $50 games with only $400.

Agreed, $50PLO is a bit high. The party $25PLO8 is very beatable and'll give you less variance than PLO, as long as you're willing to play tight. The party 10+1 SNGs are profitable and definitely within your bankroll, and the 20+2s probably are as well.

edit - my actual game recommendations: I'd play the party $25NL for awhile, 2-3 tables at a time if you're comfortable with multitabling.

$1200 isnt enough for 2/4 NL, thats only 3 buy-ins....

if you have this small of a bankroll you need to start at NL 25 and work your way up, or the 10+1 SNG's
