Party Hand Histories

Ok so last night i stopped recieving HHs from party. I called them to let them know and they said the emails had been sent. Nothing was showing up in my box so changed my email address on party (tried a different email server) and re-requested them. same thing, no dice, no emails, no HH. I've emailed party a bunch of times about this and they haven't replied, go figure. I am wondering if anyone has had any simlar problems.

PS: if i request the last 5 hand histories it works fine, if i request more than the last 5 i dont get the email. I am getting the pokerstars hand histories without a prob, so i dont think its a size problem.
