Tips about Tunica upcoming tourney....where to stay ...etc.

Hey all...thinking about a trip to Tunica to play in one of the 500 nl tourneys before the big one in the middle of Jan. Just thought some of you that have been before can give me some help on which Casino to stay in or any advice you can give me, thanks.

There is a pretty decent website all about Tunica at http://www.tunica-ms.com They have alot of information about events, hotels, and they have a message board with trip reports too.

Rooms at the Goldstrike and Horseshoe are going to be tough to get. Call Carole Lambert at 1 800 303 7463 Ext 5760. If they dont have any rooms when you want to be there, they do have rooms blocked at other locations at special rates. Good luck.
