I need some 'affiliate' help

I currently play at Stars and Party. I was told that I could sign up at Empire, which is the same as party(correct me if I'm wrong), and get some rake back.

If someone can explain everything to me and point me in the right direction, then I'll be willing to sign up under them or reference them or do whatever it is that helps them. Understand, though, that I'm totally new to this and really need to be walked through it. TIA.
