Four Kings. No bad beat whining.
I think I played these cowboys badly. Just call the 3-bet on the flop? Start calling down on the turn? Fold the river? Help.

Re: Four Kings. No bad beat whining.
Unless these guys are completely bonkers I think you can fold the river when it comes back to you raised and re-raised, even getting 12 to 1 or whatever it is, (and MP2 might go one more).

Re: Four Kings. No bad beat whining.
I don't mind the turn raise. It's shaping up to be a big pot, and you want to do everything you can to win it. You can expect to shut down (and occasionally drop) MP2 enough to make a bet worthwhile. He could very easily have played AQ that way on the flop, and a flush draw is a possibility if he's the aggressive type. It's also not out of the question that you're ahead at this point, though it seems unlikely when BB leads the turn after calling the flop 3-bet and cap.
I probably make the first call on the river, but drop when it's 2 back to me. |
