Foxwoods, hotels?

I am heading down to Foxwoods this weekend Friday-Sunday and need a place to crash. The hotels are full in the casino proper, however. Does anyone have a suggestion for a place to stay? Preferably cheap and nearby. Thanks!

i stayed in the econo lodge in groton. clean and fairly inexpensive weekend rate. they let you check out late too.

Check out the AmericInn in Griswold, CT. It's brand new, safe(interior corridor) and relatively inexpensive(compared to FW).

I stayed there last week and was very pleased.
