Why cold call a tight player with AQo?
Why wouldn't you bet this river?

Hero didn't cold-call - he was in the big blind.

Hero did bet the river.

Looks good to me.

CO could have been trying to steal the blinds, though your read on him suggests he probably had some decent starting hand. By your description, very loose MP2 could easily have a weak A or a J or a flush draw(?) and was hoping for a miracle.

You should have heard from any flopped str8's or turned trips/boats by now, so I expect you are ahead.

In any case, I don't think the river helped anyone, so I think leading out is +EV. I would expect Aces over Tens with the Queen kicker to be good most of the time, and at least MP2 will probably call down with a weaker hand.

I don't see how you aren't ahead here. On the turn you would probably hear from someone if they had you killed.

If you lost to AK, I'd be somewhat suprised, as I would think you would get 3 bet on the flop by the PFR.

As for the other, perhaps a made flush draw on the turn, Q9s perhaps.

I think it's a pretty easy river bet here.
