Has anyone ordered chips from thechipstore.com?

I personally have ordered a set of chips from thechipstore.com, and I am really curious to see what kind of service level others have expereienced with them.

My first impressions with them were great! Very friendly and accomodating - until I put the order through that is... All of a sudden, I was ignored completely. I could not get a voicemail, or e-mail response on my many, many messages.

I eventually received my order, and am somewhat pleased with it. They messed up one of the chip colors though, and overcharged me for a part of the order.

Trying to get these issues resolved has been an exercise in futility.

After months of interacting with this company, I have come to the conclusion that it is a one-man operation (Dan) - has anyone ever spoken with someone other than Dan?

I still can't figure out the behaviour of this company, He is either in way over his head with orders and can't deal with them or there is just something wrong with him.

Anyone have any thoughts to share on this?
