Default QQ in BB

Should I have given up on the turn, believing I only had two outs and only getting 11:1 or so? Or is the opposite true and I should have called the river? Either way, this is an ugly turn/river for QQ (if the flop cap wasn't bad enough) ...

I'd be more worried about the A and the K if they'd fallen on the flop. Then, you might be able to get away from this when there's a lot of action there. By the time they fall, it's the later streets and you're heads up, so there's less of a chance that they improved your opponents hand.

However, in this case I can't think of any raising hand that you're ahead of here except for TT. You're also behind any two hearts. I still think I'd call this river for one bet, though. Depends on how loose you think the caller is. There's a lot of people who will bluff at a paired flop with nothing and then keep firing with nothing if no one pushes back.

Do you think he'd fire at this on the flop _twice_? I would think my 3-bet would make even a LAG hesitate (a maniac, though ... but I had no proof this villian was a maniac).

For some reason the UB hand histories aren't converting quite right ... I've noticed this the last couple times. Main villian raised and capped flop and bet out turn and river. I bet, three-bet and called the cap on the flop, called turn and mucked the river. Other fish called down all the way to river (Edit: Where he mucked).
