when 2 or more people play at the same table to gain an advantage by sharing information or raising to drive opponents out. aka Cheating

You will see it at Pacific from time to time. There are many regulars that ALWAYS play at the same table. I've seen it 3 times before I stopped playing there.

When the table starts to question them, they both leave withen a couple hands, then show up again a few hours later.

sharing a bankroll is one of the main criteria. once people share a bankroll, they are working as a team to beat a table. This is the most basic form of collusion, and it gets worse when people start telling each other their cards online, or coming up with signals in live games.
