Default JJ, What do I do?

I have J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button in a semi-loose and very passive $0.10/0.25 NL table 8 handed at Absolute. UTG, a typical player and perfectly defined for this table, semi-loose and passive, limps as does MP1 and CO, I raise to $1.25 and everyone but UTG folds.
Flop (Pot $3.35): 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG checks, I bet $2.50 UTG calls
Turn (Pot $8.35): T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG checks, I bet $5, UTG raises all-in for another $12.20, I have him covered. Pot is $30.55, my call would be for $12.20.

What do I do, semi-loose and passive player has check-raised me with this board and he is fully capable of having come in with T9o or any broadway with a T or the QJ. I have never seen him check-raise on the come so do I call figuring he has a hand and I am drawing to my OESD which may not be good or fold?

Of course criticism of other parts of the play leading to this graciously accepted.

Vern
