Was this a good call?
Hello. Just knocked out of TP NL Holdem tournament. Lol, funny how I got knocked out(damn women). This one lady had somewhere to be and was going all in with hands like J,3o and Q,2o. So I figure that once I get a good hand that I will call and probably double-up. Unfortunately, a player after her would keep raising all-in after the first lady went all-in so that really limited the hands that I could play. I finally get a hand and lets see what happens
I'm dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in MP. As usual, the all-in lady goes all in for about $1400. I know that I'm going to call see as how K,Q is a pretty good hand facing somebody who will go all-in with anything. Also as usual, the next lady goes all-in for her $4000 chips. I call and another player calls. Was this a good call considering the players who moved all-in? Results of the hand to follow. |

Re: Was this a good call?
The overcall behind you has the scare the hell out of you. If the second lady was really re-pushing *every* time, then I think it is ok, but not great. I think you need to wait for a better hand than this to call 2 all-ins, even when they are from LAGs...

Re: Was this a good call?
Trust me, the 2nd lady was re-pushing every single time.
