Empire and Party players at the same table--who gets the rake?
Since Party and Empire share the same tables, what happens when there is a Party and an Empire player at the same table in terms of rake for each of the two poker rooms?

They are Party's tables, they pay Empire a percentage, but I don't know what that percentage is.

Re: Empire and Party players at the same table--who gets the rake?
Based on how the affiliates payout I would guess they simply separate according to the percentage of players at the table. Empire will payout % of the total rake generated by a person, which wouldn't make sense if they didn't get it all.

6 party players/2 empire/1 intertops/1 multi table or coral
60%/20%/10%/10% of total rake every hand as long as the player is sitting in - per affiliate terms last I looked.. |

Re: Empire and Party players at the same table--who gets the rake?
That explains how the affiliates get paid. That doesn't necessarily cover the agreement between the sites. Empire could be paying it's affiliates their percentage (25 - 30 or whatever), without actually getting 100% from Party. Again, I do not know what their agreement is, but I would be very surprised if Party didn't get something for allowing the other sites to use their tables.

Is Party really the parent company of this software? |
