Default Blind Defense (And Thank You 2+2)

I started playing shorthanded when I came back to school after winter break this semester. Reading 2+2 has given me a lot of confidence in my play, and after my first 20k hands im winning at 3.14BB/100 at .50/1 and 1/2 6max. So thanks to everynody who maeks informative posts.

Now my question- recently, I improved my winrate by improving my play from the CO and button. Now I think I can improve it by having better blind defense. Right nwo I fold BB to steal 68% and SB to steal 84%. Are thse numbers way too high? If so, what kind of hand requirements do you generally use?

Thanks.
