Default Stoopid ROI Question

There are a lot of discussions about ROI. Okay, if the buy-in is 20+2, are ROI figures and estimates based on the 22 or the 20? In other words, when a poster says "My ROI for the 22 is 20%", does this mean it is the 20% of the 22 or 20% of the 20 (the 2 not being counted)?

I play the $20 game so I think I can anser this question. In the ROI you have need to also include the money you pay extra becase you cannot get away from this and if you not include this then your number is too much big.
