Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
I have many hours ahead of me. I've cleared the 500 & 100 and I'm only 1500RHs into the 400. I'm thinking about calling in sick a couple days next week. I think I ate some bad clams, or the changing weather always gives me a bronchial infection. Also I might have strep throat or I pulled a muscle in my back (I almost fall over when I stand up).

Ouch...that almost doesn't seem worth it.

If it's not true, it's definitely worth it.

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
I think it's only worth it if you are too complacent to change sites bonus for bonus. I could play about 12-15000 hands a month for better deals and I haven't hit all those sites yet. I am expanding 1-2 sites per month.

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
I hear ya. However when this is your main RB site, it is wonderful. I'm very complacent with that.

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
After a stumble during the first 5 days (not getting in as many hands as planned), I have been able to regain ground and am only about 1000 hands behind pace.
I made my $100 deposit on the 1st and started playing. On the 3rd I made my $200 and $300 deposits. I made my $400 and $500 deposits on the 10th. Fortunately at this time. I noticed that I had used the wrong code for the $200 deposit, so had to add this on to the end. With 10 days to go I am about 1/4 through the $500 bonus and needing the $200. Essentially, 10 days and roughly 12,000 hands. I don't expect any problems, just have to stay focuded. To top it all off, I'm up almost a grand so far. I also did the Empire, Party, and Gaming Club bonuses. |

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
Is anyone whos not a dumb as me capable of doing the math of whether the Multi Bonuses (20x) with rakeback, is better than the current party bonuses (10x) playing 2/4. To me it seemed like a wash but im not that smart

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
I have the 10,000 $500 bonus to go and I am almost totally burnt. A 35,000 hand break even streak will do that to ya. I don't even know what color it is anymore, nor even what IT is. I will play these damn 10,000 hands, collect the bonus, wait for the rb, and enjoy a lONG freaking vacation. I'm not quite insane, but it sure is starting to look better.

Re: Crunch time at Multipoker
Im finished with the 100,500, and 400. Part way through the 300. Ive got about 8k hands left. Well ahead of pace. What I did to make it real easy was just sat 1/2 whenever I was watching TV. Since the 1/2 is almost impossible to not crush this has made the bonus almost effortless. I play my normal 3/6 a few hours a day and then get in a couple hours of 1/2 when I dont want to really focus on the game. You dont get much rakeback on top of your play @1/2 but who cares.
I would recommend this approach to anyone who has a lot of hands left and is getting burnt out. Just drop it down to 1/2 and flip on the mental cruise control. |
