You have to go 5 and 6 polls back in the 2 and 3 man horse races to find a Kerry lead.

But, since the MSM says its a dead heat, it must be. Keep drinking their Kool-Aid.

The Zogby poll (Bush 48, Kerry 44) was a real shocker when I saw it today. This daily tracking poll is done by phone calls rather than through the internet like their state polls are done.Just a few days ago, the same Zogby poll had Kerry at +3. Then, it was Kerry +1, tied, and Bush +1 (if I'm remembering correctly).

It appears that Bush has held onto about a 2 point lead. For those who dismiss the national polls, a 2 point lead on Election Day is almost certainly going to win the election. The Electoral College will follow the popular vote when one candidate's victory is that "large".
