Default Bug in UB software? Anyone else?

I was playing on UB on a $1/$2. I had KK in the hole, flop was A K 8, me and another guy capped raises on flop on the turn we capped raises and as I was going to call the last raise on the turn, I got the stupid "Expericing intensive internet delay", the screen glitched a little bit and returned me to play. When I clicked the call button, my cards were folded and showed. Something obviously happened here with the software and I lost a nice pot in the process. Anyone else ever have anything like this happen? I emailed customer support requesting a refund at least to the amount I started with on the hand. I will post when their response when I get one.
