Default QQ vs a PF 3bet and a safe flop

Stats:
MP1 is a LAG: 47/19/2.2 after 62 hands (VPIP, PFR, AGGR)
MP2 is a TAG: 21/11/0.9 after 62 hands

MP2 3bet pre-flop very quickly.

Hand:
Absolute 5/10 Hold 'Em (9 max, 9 handed), 3/5 blind structure

Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

<font color="gray">2 folds</font>, <font color="red">MP1 raises</font>, <font color="red">MP2 3-bets</font>, <font color="gray">1 fold</font>, <font color="red">Hero caps</font>, <font color="gray">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Flop: (13.6 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (<font color="blue">3 players</font>)
MP1 checks, <font color="red">MP2 bets</font>, Hero calls. MP1 calls.

Turn: (8.3 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (<font color="blue">3 players</font>)
MP1 checks, <font color="red">MP2 bets</font>, Hero ?

My decisions

Pre-Flop: With the button and queens I am facing a raise from a LAG (doesn't mean much) and a 3bet from a TAG (maybe an isolation play?). Or I could be up against K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I assume my cap is good.

Flop: I decided that even a raise was giving MP1 16.6-2 on a call. So I decided to flat-call and consider raising a safe turn card where I could give him 11.3-2 odds.

Turn: I guess I raise here?
