Not thinking clearly

As of lately both my chess and poker have been in a slump. I hvae been losing to players I am stronger than, making careless errors. Sometimes I will fail to see a basic idea.
Recently, I have not been playing my best poker either. Add in some running bad, and its been a tough week.

I am guessing there is some correlation between my chess and poker, what would be the quickest way to 'turn it around?
