Raise preflop first time around, raise flop to 25-30, turn looks ok since he's almost allin anyways
Oh and rebuy to full buyin

edit: maybe just put him allin on the flop considering his stack

Raise preflop, fold if sb reraises (even if it's a min-raise). Postflop looks right.

Use 2+2 format when converting.

Raise preflop. Postflop good.

If you raise 6 or whatever, and SB minraises you to 12 you are probably dominated by AQ AK QQ KK AA or something of the likes. KQo just isn't good enough to stand a reraise preflop 6handed

An unknown at this level's hand range when he reraises preflop is really narrow. AA-JJ/AK, with AA being most likely. He will occasionally have 72o or whatever, since he's unknown, but we have to play our hand like he has AA-JJ/AK. You can see how you will lose almost every time you play a big pot with KQo against this hand range postflop.
