I bet initially on the river, thinking that it may be for value. When MP3 raised me, I was pretty sure that I was beat. Can I take this line in a big pot like this?

I like the fold because there is very good reason to expect that this is not a bluff. Your read is suspected TAG and most TAGs are not going to bluff after there has been a bet and a call on the river. Bluffing here into two opponents who have shown interest in the board would be pretty dumb.

Also, a TAG MP3 raised preflop giving a high probability of having high cards. There is a 50% chance of one of those high cards being a club right? (Or less because 4 on the board and 1 in the hero's hand?)
