Hover Over Active Window Program?

Hi all -

I remember a post on here from quite some time ago (6+ months) that linked to a program which would cause whatever window the mouse was hovered over to become the active window, thus eliminating the need for multiple clicks on a specific button when choosing how to play a hand. I would really love to download this program - if anyone has any further information, please post a link.
