Default World cup qualifying: Trezeguet sent off

5 minutes after opening the scoring, he headbutts tal ben haim early in the second half, according to world cup matchcast.

we don't get this in toronto on tv, anyone in europe watching who is able to provide details of the match?

My brother is at the match. Hard to remember him being as excited about anything for an age. Really hope Israel can get back into it for his stage.

Default some thoughts

they're down 1-0 after trezeguets header at 50.

i can't believe im actually nervously watching matchcast.

my cousin mentioned how tel aviv turned into ireland-for-a-day last week for the irish match. while i wish it would turn into hell-for-a-day for the french match, i strongly suspect tlvers will welcome the french with open arms, given the touristy nature of the city.

after his comments in the news, i hope barthez takes a short range shot to the face.

3 yellows to 1 for israel, i wonder if the trezeguet incident is serious enough to warrant news.

henry isn't in, but is apparently on the bench.

at the visitor's pitch its probable france will sit back on the lead and try to ride out the last 20 mins.

btw edited my post.

he originally said he wouldn't play due to israel's harsh policy in the territories. then israel draws with ireland and suddenly there's a logjam at the top of the pool with france, ireland, and israel all at 9 pts. so he changed his mind and showed up.

eat a dick, fabien.

it's true. the irish are fun people.

the french are miserable pbnoxious pantywaists who happen to be in bed with the entire middle east save israel. and you can imagine the implications of that.

walid badir (maccabi haifa) scores!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a racist apartheid state, dude is an arab and will still get laid by any jewish girl tonight.

even more; the last two goals in international matches by the israeli side have been scored by arabs.
