Default Have I gone weak-tight?

Not sure if I'm saving bets or if I'm giving them my money.

Villain is 41/19.6/2 107 hands.

I was afraid of being checkraised bluff on the turn and was going to call the river but I didn't like the king.

I don't think you played poorly here. The river puts 3 overs and a possible straight draw on board and the pot is relatively small.

You're right about the turn. You're going to be put in the uncomfortable spot of being checkraised by this clown a large percentage of the time.

If this is the kind of Villian that is capable of c/r bluffing this turn your turn line is fine. I like the river fold.

Looks fine. You didn't go weak-tight, the situation just made it feel that way. I'm sure you c/c the river (and probably win) with any card under 9.

i dont think your turn/river line makes sense. if the guy is so aggro that being checkraise-bluffed on on a turn blank on a board that looks like it hit an UTG PFR is a concern then he is probably betting the river every time you check the turn. sure the K sucks but is he ever checking that river?

yah he will probably bet any 2 on this river. its not that i believe his bet its more than i dont know if he will call any worse hands on the flop that the king didnt help other than 9T, an 8, a PP or a flush draw. I guess thats enough hands that I'm ahead of to make the call correct.

I think you should suck it up and bet the turn. There are too many ways for him to have peeled with a gutshot on that flop.

Bet the turn. There are too many gutshot, flushdraw, or 8x hands that he could have. Not that 9T, J9 have gutters too. Checking and folding lets you get pushed off the best hand too often. If there were less overcards to your pair I would be ok with the check. The river fold here is close.

If he's betting any 2 on the river, isn't the turn a clear check?

as long as he doesn't fold to scary cards like a K on the river.
