Thoughts on blind defense?

I think this is one of the weakest areas of my game. Does anyone have any thoughts on blind defense based on scientific principles?

use the search feature, especially in mid-high over the past 6 months or so. some really interesting discussion. this is a difficult area to play well and worth discussing (most people vastly overestimate their blind play), but a new SS thread isn't going to come close to replicating past analysis.

if you find something specific to talk about, it'd be much better.
